Our research group investigates transcription factor crosstalk in cancers. Especially we focus on deciphering the action of steroid receptors and pioneer factors in prostate cancer.
01.10.2000 -The scientific interest of our team is on mechanisms of gene regulation and its impact on major common diseases, such as type 2 diabetes, atherosclerosis and cancer. Our investigations use methods of molecular biology, bioinformatics and systems biology.
