Social and health care teachers’ occupational well-being in Finland -research and development project

The aim of this research and development project is to promote the occupational well-being of social and health care teachers through occupational well-being programs for the individual and the community. This project will pilot these programs and assess the effectiveness and efficiency of the intervention in the daily work of social and health care teachers in vocational and higher education. These actions will increase the activities of social and health care teachers that promote the daily occupational well-being at the individual and organizational level, reducing the workload and promoting recovery from work. In the future, these programs can be applied in different fields and levels of education.

Promoting the occupational well-being of social and health care teachers – research and development project in Finland and Estonia

The aim of this research and development project in Finland and Estonia is to promote the occupational well-being of social and health care teachers with community-based occupational well-being developmental intervention in Finland and Estonia. This intervention is expected to increase the occupational well-being activities at the individual and organizational level, reducing workload and promoting recovery from work. In the future, this intervention can be applied in different fields and levels of education.

Developing occupational well-being of school staff in Lithuania -research project cooperation

This research project collaboration utilizes the Well-Being at Your Work Index Questionnaire (Saaranen et al. 2007, 2015) in developing the occupational well-being of comprehensive school staff in Lithuania.
