Kirsi Autio

I am conducting doctoral research in the field of guidance, focusing on the agency and capabilities in educational and career pathways for educated adults who have migrated to Finland and are enrolled in Finnish-language programs at universities of applied sciences.

In parallel with my doctoral research, I work as a lecturer in social services at a university of applied sciences. Additionally, I work as a professional supervisor, employing a psychodynamic-systemic theoretical framework.
