The subject of my teaching is public health nutrition. Mostly I teach in the Master’s degree programme of public health (MPH) and I am responsible on the public health nutrition track. Further, I teach in the nutrition and health promotion programmes. I have been also working in international projects to develop public health teaching.
My research interest is how diet is associated with risk of chronic diseases. I have conducted studies exploring effects of dietary fat and fish on lipid and glucose metabolism as well as the role of diet in musculoskeletal diseases.
