I am a professor in nursing science, nursing leadership and a head of department of Nursing Science. My research area is health service research, especially quality of care, attractive organizations and leadership. I supervise several master and doctoral thesis and post doc researchers. International collaboration is an important part of my work. I have also a part time work as a nurse director at Wellbeing Services County of Central Finland.
