I work as a Project Researcher in the Economic Violence from a Life Course Perspective (EBUSE) project (2025–2027) and in the specialist social work education programmes (Child, Youth and Family Social Work and Welfare Services).

In my doctoral research, I examine social workers’ professional practices in high-conflict separation cases. My research and development work focuses particularly on financial social work, economic abuse, and issues related to high-conflict separations.

I have experience in social work research and development projects. Previous projects in which I have worked include:

  • Child-Centered Assessment and Working in the Cases of High-Conflict Separations (LATVE), University of Eastern Finland (2024–2025)
  • Future Health and Social Services Centre for Kainuu (HELLÄ), Wellbeing Services County of Kainuu (2022–2023)
  • Building Bridges between Europe and China to Strengthen the Social Work Profession (BUIBRI), University of Eastern Finland (2018–2020)
