I hold a PhD in Management from Saint Mary’s University (Halifax, Canada) and, as a Postdoctoral Researcher, I am working on the Research Council of Finland-funded project Organizing Meaningful Collaborative Research (CO-RESEARCH).
My research focuses on innovation, meaningful work, and democratic organizing, with a particular emphasis on how multiple actors co-create knowledge in complex environments. Within the CO-RESEARCH project, I am currently investigating collaborative practices in open social innovation initiatives in the healthcare sector.
I am also interested in qualitative research methods and academic writing.

I have taught Organizational Behavior, Leadership, Business Ethics, and Qualitative Research Methods across universities in Finland, Canada, and China.

I serve as the Book Review Editor for Management Learning and as a member of the Editorial Review Board for the Academy of Management Learning & Education.
