Evidence-based empowering counselling of the atrial fibrillation patients

This project will develop an evidence-based, empowering counselling model for people diagnosed with atrial fibrillation (AF). The model will be designed to achieve four key outcomes:

1) increased patient empowerment,

2) improved health-related quality of life (HRQoL),

3) improved adherence to treatment,

and 4) reduced healthcare utilisation and increased care balance of AF.
