
Feedback literacy and reflection in upper secondary language teaching

This study examines how upper secondary students develop in terms of feedback literacy and motivation during their time in upper secondary school, as well as how artificial intelligence can be used to assess the level of reflection in the language profiles of these students. This longitudinal study will begin in August 2025 and conclude in January 2028. The context of the study is the teaching of A-level English and B-level Swedish. Data for the study will be collected through surveys, interviews, observations, and language profiles. The research is funded by the Research Council of Finland. Both scholarly and popularized articles will be published based on the results.
