I am a doctoral researcher in adult education, with a particular interest in adult learning, inclusiveness in working life, and well-being. In my dissertation, I explore the experiences of women diagnosed with ADHD in relation to work and learning at work. My research is funded by The Finnish Concordia Fund and The Emil Aaltonen Foundation.
