Mia Ahonen

I am a doctoral researcher in adult education, with a particular interest in adult learning, and neurodiversity and inclusiveness in working life. In my dissertation, I explore the experiences of highly educated women diagnosed with ADHD in relation to learning at work.

My research is funded by The Finnish Concordia Fund and The Emil Aaltonen Foundation.
