I work as a postdoctoral researcher in the “Ethical Police” (EEPO) project funded by the Kone Foundation. My background is in sociology so I’ll bring societal perspective in our research team. The key themes in my previous work and research has concerned diversity and equality in working life. In my PhD research, I focused on multi-agency collaboration in promoting two-way integration from the perspective of police work. Also in the EEPO project, my research is about collaboration and ethics of police work from the perspective of stakeholders.
