My research focuses on the intersections between educational policy guidelines, politics, and everyday school life. I am particularly interested in how transnational phenomena, such as documentation, are shaped in the daily life of schools and what consequences these processes have for both adults and children in the school. In my dissertation, I examine how educational policy processes can be methodologically and theoretically described in a way that considers how policies are formed and how they shape everyday school life.
