Good practices in primary health care is a survey study. The data was collected during the 2023. The survey was sent nationwide to doctors working in primary health care. The aims of the research are to analyse the already existing good practices of primary health care and to bring out the views of health centre doctors on the development needs of primary health care. In addition, the aim of the study is to examine the experiences of appreciation among doctors and to form a picture of the content of meaningful work. The data will be analysed using qualitative and quantitative methods.
