
Client and patient safety in social care service
Research group
The aim of this research project is to describe the client and patient safety in social care and the quality of these services.
The information produced in the study can be used to develop social care, nursing, client and patient safety as well as the quality of care, and to plan further research. The research utilizes the grievances and threats to the services of social care clients reported to the SPro (Social Welfare Reporting System) reporting system. In addition, the change in the number and quality of notifications over the five years 2016-2020 is compared.
