Learning and Teaching in Digital Environments (DigiErko) is a specialised training for working teachers, which is organised as a multi-modal training at the University of Eastern Finland, Joensuu campus. The training is open to teachers at different levels of education (early childhood education, primary school, upper secondary school, vocational education, polytechnic, university), and requires a teacher’s pedagogical studies and three years of teaching experience. The training also cooperates with the DigiErko training programmes of the Universities of Helsinki and Turku.
The training will also include research on the development of digital pedagogical skills of in-service teachers during the training.
