The EU’ Farm-to-Fork strategy aims to ensure that agriculture and food value-chains contribute appropriately to the process of converting the EU to a climate-neutral Union in 2050 by decreasing Food Loss (and Waste). Sustainable supply chains and local policy implementation influence Food Loss realities in Eastern Finland. The focus of this project is to research a continuous reduction possibilities of food loss among food supply chain stakeholders.
