The project is funded by European Agency for Safety and Health at Work (EU-OSHA)
Leaders
In this EU-funded project we collect good practices to support employees with mental disorders to remain in work or return to work after an episode of sickness absence. Using literature reviews, we will prepare material that includes descriptions of the most common mental disorders and how workplaces can support employees by e.g., work accommodations. A report/handbook will be published by EU-OSHA, which will also use the material in their future campaigns to promote mental health in the EU.
