Preliminary study of a regional student loan credit experiment

The preliminary study of the regional credit credit trial produced information on the conditions for implementing the so-called ”student credit” scheme. Temporary testing of regional credit for student loans in accordance with the Norwegian model, with the aim of improving the availability of skilled labour in sparsely populated areas.
