The project is driven by the twin threats of rural depopulation and loss of vitality, as well as the opportunities offered by structural reform. The project aims to find proactive and innovative solutions to strengthen rural vitality. The goal of the project is to develop the economic sustainability, attractiveness of living conditions, and environmental friendliness of rural areas, particularly in North Karelia, and to increase the attractiveness and vitality of rural areas through various cooperation and training interventions. These interventions involve collaboration between the third sector, municipalities, and other actors to create new vitality in the regions.
