The research groups in Human Movement Biomechanics conduct research to improve understanding of the mechanics of human movement and function, and of the adaptation of the neuromusculoskeletal system. This information is used to improve and optimize the function of the musculoskeletal system in healthy individuals and in patients with various conditions that impair it.
