I work as a University Lecturer at the Department of Nursing Science. I currently teach courses in nursing leadership and management.  In addition, I am responsible for the course “Development and Management of Client and Patient Safety”, which will begin in October 2025.

My main research area is the care of older people. Recently, my research has focused on quality and safety work in long-term care. Through my research, I aim to influence the quality and safety of care and services for older people by providing evidence-based knowledge and tools for use in nursing management and risk management.
