Outi Öhman
Clinical Lecturer
Institute of Public Health and Clinical Nutrition, School of Medicine, Faculty of Health Sciences
I work as a clinical lecturer, teaching general practice to medical students as my core task. I also take part in activities in GP specialist training. My dissertation study concerns working conditions and work-related well-being of general practitioners and factors associated with the appeal of clinical work in primary care. In our study we are especially interested in work intensification and illegitimate tasks in primary care work environments and their associations with work well-being and work commitment of general practitioners.
