Information Publications

I am a nutrition researcher, an adjunct professor of nutritional epidemiology and a licensed nutritionist. My main topics of interest include the role of dietary factors in development of chronic diseases, mainly cardiovascular diseases, type 2 diabetes and memory disorders. The study methods include both observational cohort studies and clinical trials.
