Sustainable development is at the core of UEF’s strategy. In my work, I am responsible for promoting sustainable development at the university-wide level. Key tools in this work include, for example, the sustainability and responsibility action plan as well as annual reporting. Reporting is carried out internally, to WWF Green Office, and by participating in international sustainability rankings. Improving sustainability in practise is done through collaboration with, among others, various University Services teams, the vice deans responsible for sustainability and responsibility, and external stakeholders. In addition, I am involved in communications and in organizing events related to sustainability and responsibility.
