Early Stage Researcher
My PhD work focuses on monitoring the health of concrete structures by using electrical impedance tomography (EIT). The aim is to develop qualitative and quantitative methods for detection of strain on surfaces of structures by utilizing an electrically conductive sensing skin and EIT. In addition, I've worked on compensation of modelling errors in EIT, and on a hybrid optical tomography / EIT system for tissue engineering applications.
