I have part-time position as Vice-Dean for Research at the Faculty of Social Sciences and Business Studies, combined with a position of  joint Professor of Social Work at the University of Eastern Finland and the North Karelia Welfare Services County.  The duties of vice dean focus on development of research, innovations, research infrastructures and doctoral education.
