The Saimaa Seal LIFE project is a five-year project that promotes the protection of the Saimaa ringed seal through versatile measures.
The project involves Metsähallitus’ nature services, Etelä-Savo ELY center, University of Eastern Finland, Game and Fisheries Research Institute, Finnish Association for Nature Conservation, WWF Finland, Central Association of Finnish Recreational Anglers and University of Turku.
