Developing occupational well-being of health care teachers in Estonia – follow-up study, 2024–

The research group is conducting action research aimed at describing and evaluating the occupational well-being and digital competence of teachers at Tallinn Health Care College. The group participates in data collection, analysis, and interpretation of the results in collaboration with the work community. The results are used to assess the development activities within the work community and to promote the occupational well-being of health care teachers in the future.
