I am a cultural anthropologist specializing in the cultural study of music and religion. In my current research I examine different forms of Christian dance in Finland. Previously in my career, I have done research on Rastafari movement and reggae music and Christian hip hop culture, and developed methods to teach intercultural skills at university level. I have done research in Finland, as well as in Namibia and South Africa.
