Characterization of immune responses in experimental vaccination program of human participants. Investigation of activated genes/protein expression in endothelial cells infected with SARS CoV 2. Interaction of viral proteins nucleoprotein (NP) and viral glycoprotein (GP) with target cells (particularly endothelial cells, primary cell lines). Set up of Bio Safety Level -3 laboratory, that would allow to conduct research with wild type viruses, and variety of viral variants.
