I’m Ehsan Shad, a project researcher in microbiology, with a strong interest in how bacteria function and interact with their environment. My research focuses on:

Exploring the functional properties of bacteria, especially probiotics and their health benefits

Investigating antimicrobial compounds and their mechanisms of action on bacterial cells

Production of bacteria and their metabolites for functional or industrial purposes

Troubleshooting microbial monitoring issues in applied research or industry
