In my doctoral dissertation, I examine the connections between workplace learning, organizational strategy implementation, and psychological safety from a strategy‑as‑practice perspective. In my research strategy is conceptualized as something people do rather than as a formal plan or outcome, hence, strategy implementation is seen an ongoing learning process embedded in everyday work practices, where interaction among organizational actors is central to the enactment of strategy. Psychological safety is examined as a key enabling condition for participation in these strategic practices and for learning through interaction.
