Teemu Ojala

In my doctoral dissertation I examine the connections between participatory workplace learning, organizational strategy implementation, and psychological safety in work teams. My doctoral dissertation is funded by the Finnish Cultural Foundation and is part of the JATKOT research group, which explores various aspects of continuous learning in the workplace from different perspectives.
