Leaders
The International Education Programme for Sustainable Food and Interverntions (EduFoodNet) is a collaborative project responding to the need to promote public health and mitigate climate change. EduFoodNet delivers courses in Peru, Colombia and Finland, with a focus on the promoting sustainable and traditional foods through community-based interventions and school meal programmes. The project addresses themes such as sustainability, traditional foods, health impacts of foods, food sovereignty, community interventions, social innovation, school meals.
