I am a Marie Skłodowska-Curie Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Eastern Finland (UEF) Business School and a member of the NOVA Neuro-Innovation and Impact Research Group. My research interests include social entrepreneurship, social impact assessment, innovation management, and responsible innovation. My previous research has focused on social enterprises, particularly the tensions between their social and economic objectives and the unintended social consequences of their activities.

In my current MSCA-funded NOVEL project, I investigate the social impacts of health and care innovation, with particular attention to unintended negative consequences. My research aims to advance our understanding of how innovations affect different social groups and how these impacts can be identified, assessed, and addressed.
