The purpose of the present Network is preparing applications for funding of international projects, to unite parties, interested in evaluation of transformation of transport routes and corridors in new sanctioned world. In many ways it enabled China to increase its presence in the countries on the run of Silk Road from Russian Far East Primorskiy krai through Finland and Sweden. Arctic corridor across Finland is the last brick in Chinas run to Arctic. Provide thinkers and doers, including decision makers with information on forms, specifics and density of coming Silk Road changes, to offer first-hand information on real processes going on the run of Silk Road and inside regional local communities. Website available from November, 1. Now VERA site can be used.
