The impact of a participatory care plan (OSUVAT) study is a pragmatic randomized study on the environment of primary health care at the Siilinjärvi Health Centre. The study examines the effectiveness of the participatory care plan in patients with hypertension, coronary artery disease or diabetes with 605 patients. We have followed the clinical parameters of patients as well as their quality of life for three years. The follow-up will continue as a register study. Our research group could still accommodate 1-2 doctoral researchers, so please feel free to contact us, which research is of interest.
