I have a multidisciplinary background (BSc Biology, MSc Toxicology, PhD Environmental Sciences,) and I’m working as environmental epidemiologist. My current research focuses on prenatal exposures and the effects of environmental mixtures on long-term health.
The overarching aim of my research is to deepen the understanding of environmental mixture exposure during pregnancy on the lifelong health of the child. For this, I implement methods from other fields of epidemiology using datasets from Finnish health registers supplemented with environmental data.
