Mari Honkanen

I work as a Project Manager in the Faculty of Health Sciences and coordinate the Bilingual Education in Health Sciences and Engineering (KATEKO) project. My work focuses on the development and coordination of new international, functionally bilingual Bachelor’s degree programmes. This includes the launch of the interdisciplinary Bachelor’s Degree Programme in Human and Planetary Health and the planning and developing of the cross-faculty Bachelor’s Degree Programme in Biomedical Engineering, jointly offered by the Institute of Biomedicine and the Department of Technical Physics. My core duties cover programme and curriculum development, admission criteria, teaching and supervision planning, and education marketing.
