- University teacher (Home economics teacher education)
- Grant-funded researcher (doctoral dissertation researcher, EdD, home economics)
- My doctoral project focuses on developing a teaching practice for home economics student teachers grounded in culturally responsive pedagogy and linguistically responsive pedagogy. Developed through multi-stakeholder collaboration, the teaching practice environment provides opportunities for student teachers to plan and implement teaching for adult learners from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds in a non-formal educational context.
- I am coordinating the project Real Life Math – Improving student teachers’ mathematical literacy in real life contexts
