I am a community ecologist researching species interactions, species-environment relationships and their impacts on ecosystem functioning in the rapidly changing Arctic tundra. I study primarily mammalian herbivore-plant-soil and plant-plant interactions, with a specific focus on ecological dynamics linked to the black crowberry (Empetrum nigrum spp.).
My core study area encompasses counties of Troms and Finnmark in Northern Norway.
