I’m Ehsan Shad, a project researcher in microbiology, with a strong interest in how bacteria function and interact with their environment. My research focuses on:
- Exploring the functional properties of bacteria, especially probiotics and their health benefits
- Investigating antimicrobial compounds and their mechanisms of action on bacterial cells
- Production of bacteria and their metabolites for functional or industrial purposes
- Troubleshooting microbial monitoring issues in applied research or industry
I’m always open to research collaboration, exchange of ideas, or tackling real-world microbiological challenges. Feel free to connect!
