I am a Doctoral Researcher in Innovation Management at the UEF Business School.
I am working on my doctoral thesis titled Innovation as a storytelling system. My research interests include storytelling, systemic innovation, emergence, and business renewal. I am inspired by the constructionist view on management and organization studies with theoretical frameworks on antenarrative theory, stakeholder theory, and innovation systems.
I am inspired by ambiguity, complexity, and uncertainty related to what does not yet exist. With the storytelling approach, I focus on imaginative storytelling and bets on the future, uncovering insights into emerging, unfolding, and multivoiced innovation.
I contribute my expertise to accelerate circular economy research in Sustainable Innovation Lab and Research Center for Sustainable Circular Economy (CECE).
