I lead the Cellular Neurobiology research group at the A.I.Virtanen Institute for Molecular Sciences where I work as a professor. Our research interest is centered on how environmental factors and agents such as air pollutants and viral infections affect brain health. We also study Alzheimer’s disease with patient-derived cells.
