I work as an University Lecturer at the Department of Nursing Science at the University of Eastern Finland in the teacher education program in health sciences. My doctoral research focused on treatment adherence among patients with coronary artery disease and related factors following angioplasty. Currently, I am conducting further research related to cardiac nursing and occupational well-being in the field of education.
