Ready for working life (READY)

This project is conducted in collaboration between the University of Eastern Finland and the University of Helsinki. It examines the employment readiness and transition to working life of university students and graduates. The aims of the project are:

1. how students and graduates assess their employability and self-regulation skills
2. what factors are associated with employability and early career success
3. what changes in the employability of graduates can be observed after graduation.
