The project provides information on the state of social acceptance of wind power in Finland. The project has three tasks: 1) it studies factors affecting acceptance and 2) possibilities and means of public and private actors in improving social acceptance of wind energy and 3) conducts an assessment of the potential of the measeures in the current (2023) government programme related wind power deployment and its acceptance.
