My current research focuses on targeting chemically understudied, i.e. dark, kinases. I combine multiple computational tools, ranging from molecular docking and different machine learning-based methods to molecular dynamics simulations, in my research to design novel chemical probes against my current target kinases. I have additionally worked with molecular modelling and virtual screening of multiple different targets, such as components of the E3 ubiquitin ligase complex, transcription factors and nuclear receptors. I have obtained my BSc and MSc degrees in Computational Biomedicine from UEF.
