Anna Kuikka

My work focuses particularly on international marketing, communications, and stakeholder partnerships at the university. I serve as the communications contact for the university’s participation in the Young Universities for the Future of Europe (YUFE) alliance. My responsibilities also include a variety of development tasks and partnerships, such as collaboration between the university and sports teams and Sports Academies, as well as initiatives related to the university’s employer branding. I completed my doctoral degree in  UEF Business School in 2025, with a dissertation titled Loyalty in Grocery Retail. In my research, I examined the factors influencing brand and customer loyalty in the retail sector. I combined research methods from marketing, linguistics, and psychology.
