UEF Flow Cytometry Unit
The Flow Cytometry Core Unit is facility dedicated to providing flow cytometry services to support users at UEF.
Equipped with flow cytometers and a cell sorter, our core offers expertise in:
- Multiparameter flow cytometry
- Immunophenotyping
- Cell cycle and apoptosis analysis
- Other assays with fluorescent markers
- Cell sorting
Our instrumentation includes:
- 4-laser Novocyte Quanteon (Agilent) analyzer
- 4-laser Cytoflex S (Beckman Coulter) analyzer
- 3-laser BD FACSAria III (BD Biosciences) cell sorter
Our experienced staff provides personalized consultation, training, and technical support to ensure optimal experimental design and data interpretation.
